Whole-Home Electrification
Electrify Your Whole Home for One Simple Monthly Payment
Electrification is the doorway to a safer, future-proof home: a heat pump or EV charger can't go in without touching the panel, so the outdated electrical that puts your home at risk gets replaced in the same project. One licensed Seattle-area team installs it all, handles the Washington rebate paperwork, and rolls it into a single, predictable payment.
- Heat Pump + EV Charger + Panel
- One monthly payment
- WA rebates handled for you
- One licensed team for all trades

Three big upgrades, one project
Each piece works better together — and installing them at once means one permit, one crew, and one payment instead of three separate jobs.

-

-
Electrical Panel Upgrade

How it works
From assessment to install, one team handles everything — including the rebate paperwork.
- 1
Free in-home electrification assessment
One licensed Eco team evaluates your panel, heating, and charging needs and designs the right bundle — with a clear, upfront price before any work begins.
- 2
We handle the rebates & financing
We identify the Washington HEAR and Puget Sound Energy rebates you qualify for and apply them to lower the financed amount — then set up one simple monthly payment.
- 3
Installed by one team, the right way
Because Eco is licensed for both HVAC and electrical, your heat pump, charger, and panel are installed by one coordinated crew — no subcontractors, no finger-pointing.
Why electrify with Eco
A bundled monthly payment is only as good as the team behind it. Here's the Eco difference.
One licensed company, all three trades
Most homes need an HVAC contractor and a separate electrician to electrify. Eco does both in-house, so your bundle is designed and installed by one accountable team.
One predictable monthly payment
Skip the five-figure upfront bill. Bundle everything into a single, comfortable monthly payment with approved credit — and keep your savings intact.
Rebates done for you
We do the paperwork to capture the Washington State and utility incentives you qualify for, applying them directly to reduce what you finance.
Upfront pricing, no surprises
You get a clear, all-in price and our No Price Change Guarantee before we begin — the price we quote is the price you pay.
The Home Electrification Experts
Every electrification decision, connected
Heating, water heating, the panel, EV charging, backup power, appliances, the envelope — most companies see one piece. Because Eco is licensed across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, we plan them as one system, in the right order, with the Washington rebates mapped before you spend a dollar.
Heating & cooling
Heat pump vs gas furnace
The biggest load in the house and the anchor decision — Seattle's mild winters are ideal heat-pump territory, and WA HEAR discounts up to $8,000 apply.
Water heating
Tank vs heat pump water heater
The second-biggest energy user. A heat pump water heater cuts hot-water electricity use ~70% and earns rebates up to $1,750 plus PSE incentives.
The panel
SPAN smart panel vs traditional panel
Every electric load lands here first. Smart load management can host the heat pump, charger, and range without a utility service upgrade.
EV charging
Level 2 vs Level 1 charging
A dedicated Level 2 circuit turns overnight into a full battery — and it's the load a smart panel schedules around everything else.
Backup power
Home battery vs generator
An all-electric home deserves an outage plan. Batteries pair with solar and SPAN circuit priorities; generators run for days on fuel.
Cooking & appliances
Gas vs electric appliances
Induction cooking and electric drying finish the job — and pull the last combustion byproducts out of your kitchen and utility room.
The envelope
Air sealing vs adding insulation
A tighter home needs a smaller heat pump. Sequencing envelope work before equipment sizing is how the plan saves twice.
The strategy
Electrification vs natural gas
Stay dual-fuel or go all-electric? The whole-home question — policy direction, the $14,000 HEAR stack, and the right sequence for your house.

Financing
Do it all at once — and let your home pay you back
Build your project below. See how a high-efficiency system lowers your bills, and how bundling HVAC, plumbing, and electrical into one financed plan beats paying — and waiting — three separate times.
1. Choose what to take care of
Lasts ~18–20+ yrs · est. ~$70/mo lower bills
2. Pick a payment option
Estimated monthly payment
$159–$264/mo
That’s about $5–$9 per day.
- Project total (1 trade)
- $12,000–$20,000
- Est. monthly bill savings
- − $70/mo
- Effective net monthly
- $89–$194/mo
High-efficiency pays you back
It adds about $40–$66/mo to the payment but saves an estimated $45/mo more on energy — and lasts years longer with fewer repairs.

Why take care of everything together?
One payment, not three
Bundle HVAC, plumbing, and electrical into a single, predictable monthly payment instead of juggling separate bills.
One project, one disruption
We coordinate every trade in one scheduled window — your home is back to normal faster, with one team accountable.
Whole-home scope, one project
Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC planned together — panel capacity, venting, and equipment sized as one system instead of three separate afterthoughts.
Systems that pay you back
High-efficiency equipment lowers your monthly bills — those savings can offset a real chunk of the payment.
We handle the rebates & paperwork
We find every utility rebate and tax credit you qualify for and file it for you — so you keep the savings without the hassle.
No more emergency repairs
Replace on your terms, not during a breakdown — and stop pouring money into aging systems that keep failing.
Electrification package FAQs
What is a Whole-Home Electrification Package?
It's a bundle that combines the big upgrades needed to run your home on clean electricity — a high-efficiency heat pump for heating and cooling, a Level 2 EV charger, and a modern electrical panel — installed together by one licensed team and rolled into a single financeable monthly payment.
How much does whole-home electrification cost per month?
It depends on your home, the equipment you choose, and the rebates you qualify for. Many homeowners finance a complete bundle for a comfortable fixed monthly payment with approved credit. The example payments shown on this page are illustrative — your exact price and terms are confirmed at your free in-home assessment.
Can I really get a heat pump, EV charger, and panel upgrade in one payment?
Yes. Because Eco is licensed for both HVAC and electrical work, we install all three together and combine them into one project with one monthly payment, instead of you coordinating separate contractors and separate bills.
What rebates and incentives are available in Washington?
Income-eligible Washington households can stack incentives from the state Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR) program — funded by Washington's Climate Commitment Act — along with Puget Sound Energy utility rebates. We identify the programs you qualify for and apply them to lower the amount you finance.
Do I have to buy the whole bundle at once?
No. The packages are the most cost-effective way to electrify, but you can start with the panel and heat pump and add the EV charger or water heater later. We'll recommend the right sequence at your assessment.
Who installs the work?
Eco's own licensed, background-checked HVAC and electrical technicians — never subcontractors. Every package is backed by our No Price Change, Lifetime Craftsmanship, and No Mess guarantees.
