What is an indoor air quality package — and why bundle?
An indoor air quality package bundles proven IAQ equipment and services — a duct-mounted air scrubber, electronic air cleaning, in-duct UV light, antibacterial sanitization, and a deep blower pull and clean — into one installed price, instead of piecing components together visit by visit. One crew, one appointment, one number.
Puget Sound homes work their air systems hard: wildfire smoke rolls through most August–October seasons, damp winters encourage biological growth on coils and drain pans, and today's tighter, energy-efficient construction holds indoor pollutants in. A layered package addresses all of it at once — filtration for particles, UV and sanitization for biological growth, and a clean blower so the system can actually move the air.

How much does an indoor air quality package cost?
Eco's four IAQ packages are Basic at $945 (from $15/month), Standard at $1,842 (from $24/month), Premier at $5,044 (from $65/month), and Optimum at $8,784 (from $113/month). All monthly pricing is based off of qualifying credit — see our financing page for how payment plans work.
What does "from $X/month" mean?
It's the starting monthly payment when you finance the package through our GreenSky® financing program. Financing changes the shape of the payment, not the package price — it's there so you can choose the air quality package that's right for your home, not just what fits this month's budget. All pricing is based off of qualifying credit — approval and final terms are set by the program lender, not by Eco. You can also pay the package price outright. Call us and we'll walk you through the current options before you apply.
What's included in every package?
Every package — including Basic — comes with an in-duct UV light and a blower pull and clean. Stepping up adds antibacterial sanitization and appliance protection (Standard), a 5-year air scrubber and electronic air cleaner (Premier), and finally a lifetime air scrubber, whole-home appliance protection, and AC Renew (Optimum).
Which package helps most with wildfire smoke?
Smoke is fine particulate matter, so the component that targets it is the electronic air cleaner, which captures fine dust, smoke, and allergen particles ordinary filters miss. It's included in the Premier and Optimum packages, alongside the air scrubber's whole-home active purification.
I change my filter regularly — do I still need an IAQ package?
A good filter is the right first step, but it only treats air that passes through it and does nothing for the damp coil surfaces where biological growth starts, the buildup inside your blower, or the fine particles standard filters miss. The packages layer UV light, deep cleaning, sanitization, and active purification on top of your filter — they work together, not instead of each other.
