Commercial hydro jetting & sewer camera services

When a commercial drain or sewer line backs up, you don't just need it cleared — you need proof it's clear, a record of the line's condition, and a partner who can fix what the camera finds. Eco brings municipal-grade hydro jetting, CCTV camera inspection, and full-service plumbing to businesses across Seattle, Everett, Mount Vernon, and the greater Puget Sound. Every jetting job is scoped with a camera before and after, so you get a written report — not just a promise.

The equipment

Jetters Northwest Eagle 300 trailer jetter

We run the Eagle 300 — a commercial/municipal-grade trailer jetter built by Jetters Northwest right here in Washington (Kent, WA). It's a rooter-class-plus machine with the flow, pressure, water capacity, and reach to handle jobs most local plumbers simply can't take on.

Spec Detail What it means for your property
Flow rate Up to 20 GPM High water volume flushes debris fully out of the line — not just punches a hole through it
Pressure 4,000 PSI Cuts through hardened grease, tree roots, scale, wipes, and sludge
Dual engine / dual pump 9 GPM mode for small lines, 20 GPM mode for large mains One rig dials in the right power for a 2″ kitchen branch or a 12″ main — saving water, fuel, and time
Hose reach 500 ft of ½″ Kevlar-braided jetting hose (16,000 PSI burst rating) Cleans long commercial runs and full mainline lengths from a single access point
Water on board 300-gallon tank, towable full Extended cleaning without stopping to refill — critical on big jobs and remote sites
Engines Dual liquid-cooled, fuel-injected Kawasaki V-twins driving UDOR super-duty pumps Built for all-day, heavy-cycle commercial work
Controls Deluxe wireless remote + adjustable pulsation control Precise, safe, one-technician operation with pulse mode to work past bends and traps
Line size range Roughly 2″ branch lines up to large-diameter mains (commonly 4″–12″+) Kitchen lines, floor drains, laterals, storm drains, and municipal-size sewer mains

Bottom line: at 20 GPM × 4,000 PSI, this is one of the most powerful drain-cleaning setups working the Puget Sound commercial market — the difference between temporarily relieving a clog and actually restoring a pipe to full flow.

Scoped, jetted, verified, documented

We don't jet blind. Every commercial job follows the same standardized five-step process, so you get a clean line and a paper trail.

1

Intake & assessment

We capture the property, line type, symptoms, and access points, and dispatch a two-technician crew trained specifically on the jetter and camera reel.

2

Camera inspection (pre-jetting)

We scope the line with a CCTV camera and locator to confirm the blockage, document the pipe's existing condition, and flag any breaks, root intrusion, scale, or bellies before we touch it.

3

Hydro jetting

We clear the line with the right flow, pressure, and nozzle for the pipe size and problem — grease, roots, scale, sludge, or debris.

4

Post-jetting verification

We re-scope the line on camera to prove it's fully cleared and show you the result.

5

Client report

You receive a written report with the camera footage, findings, line condition, and recommended next steps.

Why the camera matters to you

It protects your business. Video documentation proves the line was cleared, records any pre-existing damage — so you're never blamed for a break that was already there — and gives you the evidence you need for tenant disputes, insurance, or capital-planning decisions. If the camera reveals a broken, cracked, or bellied pipe, we can quote the repair or trenchless lining on the spot. No second vendor, no starting over.

Hydro jetting by commercial property type

Every property has its own drain villain. Here's how we serve the businesses that need jetting most.

Restaurants & food service

The #1 jetting customer. Grease (FOG) coats kitchen and sewer lines and causes recurring backups that shut kitchens down.

We provide: Kitchen/grease line jetting, floor drain jetting, grease trap cleaning & maintenance, and scheduled preventive jetting so you never fail a health inspection over a slow drain. Recurring service agreements available.

Property management, multi-family & HOAs

Backups across many units, aging shared mains, and tenant complaints.

We provide: Building main and lateral jetting, root removal, camera inspection to assign responsibility and document condition, and portfolio-wide preventive-maintenance programs across multiple buildings.

Strip malls & retail centers

Shared sewer laterals serving many tenants — one grease-heavy tenant can back up the whole plaza.

We provide: Shared-line jetting, camera inspection to isolate the source, storm and parking-lot drain clearing, and maintenance contracts for property owners.

Golf courses & country clubs

Long culverts, irrigation and drainage lines, catch basins, and clubhouse/restaurant kitchen lines.

We provide: Storm and drainage line jetting, catch-basin cleaning, culvert clearing, and clubhouse kitchen/grease line service.

Office buildings & mixed-use

Restroom mains, kitchenette and breakroom lines, and roof/storm drains.

We provide: Main and branch jetting, roof-drain clearing, and scheduled after-hours service to avoid disrupting the workday.

Hotels, motels & hospitality

High-occupancy restroom and laundry lines plus commercial kitchens.

We provide: High-volume main jetting, laundry-line clearing, kitchen/grease service, and preventive programs to protect guest experience.

Grocery, supermarkets, c-stores & fuel stations

Deli and bakery grease, floor drains, and oil/sand interceptors.

We provide: Grease and floor-drain jetting, interceptor service, and recurring maintenance.

Schools, universities & daycares

Cafeteria kitchens, gym and locker-room drains, and older campus infrastructure.

We provide: Kitchen line and floor-drain jetting, main-line clearing, and summer-break preventive maintenance.

Medical, dental, veterinary & labs

Sensitive facilities where downtime and contamination aren't options.

We provide: Camera-documented jetting, scheduled after-hours service, and clean, verified reporting.

Warehouses, industrial & manufacturing

Large-diameter mains, trench drains, and process-waste lines.

We provide: High-flow main jetting, trench-drain clearing, and heavy sludge/scale removal — the 20 GPM machine's sweet spot.

Gyms, salons, laundromats & car washes

Hair, lint, soap scum, and sediment build recurring clogs.

We provide: Branch and floor-drain jetting, sediment/interceptor clearing, and maintenance plans.

Senior living & assisted-care facilities

Constant-use restroom and kitchen lines with zero tolerance for backups.

We provide: Preventive jetting programs, camera documentation, and priority emergency response.

Municipal, government & parks

Public restrooms, storm systems, and larger-diameter mains.

We provide: Mainline and storm-system jetting, catch-basin cleaning, and locating/inspection.

Commercial jetting questions

What is hydro jetting?

Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water (up to 4,000 PSI) and high flow (up to 20 GPM) to scour the full interior of a pipe — removing grease, roots, scale, and debris and flushing it away, rather than just poking a hole through a clog like a cable or snake does.

Why do you camera every line before and after jetting?

The pre-jetting scope documents your pipe's existing condition and confirms the problem; the post-jetting scope proves the line is fully cleared. You get both on video, plus a written report — protecting you against disputes and giving you the facts to plan repairs.

What size lines can you jet?

From small 2-inch kitchen and branch lines up to large-diameter commercial and municipal mains (commonly 4 to 12 inches and larger), thanks to the Eagle 300's dual-flow (9 GPM / 20 GPM) design.

How often should a commercial line be jetted?

It depends on use. High-grease kitchens may need quarterly service; other properties do well on a semi-annual or annual schedule. We'll recommend a cadence based on your camera findings and set up a maintenance agreement.

Do you offer emergency and after-hours service?

Yes. We provide scheduled and emergency/after-hours commercial jetting so a backup doesn't shut your business down — urgent calls are prioritized for the first available crew.

What happens if the camera finds a damaged pipe?

Because we're a full-service plumbing company, we can quote and perform the repair — including trenchless pipe lining once the line is jetted clean — without bringing in another contractor.

Keep your lines flowing — and documented

Serving restaurants, property managers, retail centers, golf courses, and commercial properties of every kind across Seattle, Everett, Mount Vernon, the Eastside, and the greater Puget Sound.
