Full Terms: Plan 1069. 8.94% APR based on 0.00% promotional interest rate for 6 months ("Promo Period") followed by fixed interest rate of 9.99% for 120 months based on the amount financed and other amounts owed.
Payment Example: Monthly payments are not required during the Promo Period. For example, assuming the credit limit is used on loan approval date and no payments are made during Promo Period, for every $1,000 financed, 6 monthly payments of $0.00 at an interest rate of 0%, followed by 120 monthly payments of $13.21 at a fixed interest rate of 9.99%.
10.99% APR for 180 months

Full Terms: Plan 1509. Loan term is 180 months at fixed rate of 10.99% APR.
Payment Example: For example, assuming the full credit limit is used on loan approval date, for every $1,000 financed at 10.99% APR, 180 monthly payments of $11.36.
No interest if paid in full in 12 months
GreenSky Plan 2613Rate Structure: No Interest if Paid in Full in 12 Months, with Payments Required
Full Terms: Plan 2613. Rates range from 17.99% - 24.99% APR. Loan amount and rate will vary based on your income and creditworthiness. 12 month promotional period ("Promo Period") during which interest is billed but will be waived if the amount financed is paid in full before Promo Period expires.
Payment Example: Monthly payments are required during the Promo Period, but making only the required monthly payments will not pay off the amount financed by Promo Period expiration date. Any unpaid balance and amounts owed after Promo Period will be paid over 72 monthly payments. For example, assuming the full credit limit is used on loan approval date, for every $1,000 financed at 24.99% APR, 84 monthly payments of $25.30.

How does home financing through Eco work?
We partner with GreenSky® to offer home-improvement loans. You choose a plan, apply online or by phone, and—if approved—pay for your project in fixed monthly payments instead of all at once. We give you the price and a reference number before you apply.
What can I finance?
Almost any residential project we do—HVAC repair or replacement, heat pumps and ductless mini-splits, water heaters, repiping, sewer and water lines, panel upgrades, EV chargers, generators, and more across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
How fast is approval?
GreenSky® decisions are typically returned in minutes when you apply online or while we're with you. Approval is subject to credit, and final terms are set by the program lender.
Is there a prepayment penalty?
No. You can pay your loan off early at any time. With the no-interest promotional plans, paying the balance in full within the promo window means you pay no interest at all.
Will it hurt my credit to check my options?
Applying involves a credit check. Please contact us first—residential customers need a reference number from Eco before starting the GreenSky® application, and our team will walk you through it.
Who is the lender?
Loans for the GreenSky® consumer loan program are provided by Synovus Bank, Member FDIC (NMLS #408043). Eco is not a lender; all credit decisions and loan terms are determined by the program lender.
