Messaging Policy

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

These terms govern the text (SMS/MMS) messaging program operated by Eco Electric, Plumbing, Heating And Air (“we,” “us”). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms and to receiving text messages as described below.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and the authorized owner or user of the mobile number you provide. You agree not to enroll a number that is not yours.

Types of messages

  • Transactional / customer-care: appointment confirmations and reminders, technician/dispatch updates, estimate and invoice follow-ups, and replies to your questions.
  • Promotional (separate consent): occasional special offers, seasonal maintenance reminders, and promotions, sent only if you opt in to marketing messages.

How you opt in

You provide express consent to receive texts by submitting your mobile number through a form where you check the SMS consent box, by texting us first, or by giving consent verbally or in writing to our team. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Sample opt-in disclosure

“By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Eco Electric, Plumbing, Heating And Air at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.”

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for the messages, but your carrier’s standard rates apply.

Opt out (STOP) & help (HELP)

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT) to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will stop sending texts unless you opt in again. Privacy & your information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information you provide is otherwise handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Carriers & delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Your responsibilities

Please notify us if you change or relinquish your mobile number so we can update or remove it. You are responsible for keeping your device secure, and for any message and data charges from your carrier.

Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
