5/27/2026: discovered a leak in the house just before another trip 🙄 ECO sent Jacob out and he did an excellent job of isolating the issue. Since we were leaving the next day we couldn’t do a permanent fix so Jacob put in a temporary fix that will be finished when we return. Once again, excellent service from the team at ECO Services!12/2025: Our furnace died the Sunday before Christmas. Matt, the dispatcher , rearranged their schedule to send someone out on Monday. Vince was able to do a temporary fix so we wouldn’t freeze but my husband and I decided it was time to replace the furnace. We were leaving for the holidays so we agreed on an installation date of Dec 30. Josh, Michael, and Jorge came out promptly at 8 am and got the job completed early afternoon. They were great. Hopefully we won’t have any other major problems in the new year but I’ve got ECO as my “go to” resource. They do an excellent job, are knowledgeable, and very responsive.
