Service Manager
Lead Eco's service department — coaching technicians, owning the numbers, and making sure every customer gets a 5-star experience. This is a player-coach role for a proven home-services leader who develops people and drives results.

What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of service technicians across trades
- Own service KPIs: revenue, close rate, average ticket, CSAT, and callbacks
- Ride along, train, and run regular performance reviews
- Partner with dispatch to balance schedules and emergency coverage
- Handle escalations and uphold Eco's quality and pricing standards
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top technicians
What you bring
- 3+ years leading a home-services (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) service team
- Strong grasp of service KPIs and how to coach to them
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Valid Washington driver's license
- Trade background strongly preferred
