Licensed Residential Electrician – HVAC Install Lead

A hybrid role for a licensed Washington electrician who leads the electrical side of HVAC installations — heat pump and ductless circuits, disconnects, panel work, and EV-ready upgrades — partnering closely with our HVAC install crews.

What you'll do
- Lead electrical work for HVAC installs: dedicated circuits, disconnects, whips, and panel ties
- Evaluate and upgrade panels and services to support heat pumps and ductless systems
- Sequence work with HVAC install leads to keep jobs on schedule
- Complete to NEC and Washington code; pass inspections
- Mentor apprentices and keep work clean and clearly labeled
What you bring
- Active Washington (01) journeyman electrician certificate
- Residential electrical and panel-upgrade experience
- Familiarity with HVAC electrical requirements (heat pumps, mini-splits)
- Valid Washington driver's license and clean driving record
- Team-first, detail-oriented approach
