Lead Eco's light-commercial plumbing work across the Seattle metro — tenant improvements, commercial fixtures, water heating, and service for business clients — to commercial code and on schedule.

What you'll do
- Install and service commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and water heating
- Read commercial plans and coordinate with general contractors and inspectors
- Work to commercial plumbing code; complete permits and inspections
- Manage materials, timelines, and jobsite safety
- Mentor crew members on commercial standards
What you bring
- Active Washington journey-level plumber (PL01) certificate
- Light-commercial / tenant-improvement plumbing experience
- Ability to read commercial plans and specs
- Valid Washington driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong organization and communication
Nice to have
Backflow assembly tester (BAT) certification Grease-interceptor or medical-gas experience ServiceTitan experience
