Kalvin manages plumbing service operations at Eco Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air, where he has led the team since late 2024. He's a results-driven leader with a strong background in sales leadership and service operations, with a proven ability to lead teams, optimize workflows, manage client escalations, and drive performance in fast-paced environments.

Before Eco, he spent several years in high-end sales and customer experience roles, including as a Sales Manager at BMW Seattle. He brings particular strength in KPI management, cross-functional coordination, and continuous process improvement.
