Joshua manages HVAC service operations at Eco Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air, where he has led the team since 2023. He brings a sharp, people-focused management style shaped by dual Bachelor's degrees in Philosophy and Psychology from Willamette University, where he graduated with honors and earned the Paul M. Evans Award.

Before Eco he worked in technical recruiting at The Judge Group, giving him a strong eye for building and developing skilled teams. At Eco he's known for excelling across a wide range of situations and for his strengths in management, training, and refining business processes.
