Jevon

Jevon leads external operations at Eco Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air, where he has been part of the team since 2020. He describes himself as a u201cculture cultivator,u201d and his background bears that out: before Eco he spent eight years at AT&T managing field teams as an IEFS Manager and Service Delivery Technician u2014 launching the company's first virtual training program and cutting on-the-job injuries by 80% u2014 and earlier honed his leadership at Hertz as an Assistant Branch Manager.

At Eco he focuses on training, team development, customer relations, and cross-functional coordination. He holds a BA in Communication from DePauw University and a Master's in Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University.
