Home in Kirkland

When our client started getting their Kirkland townhouse ready to sell, they wanted one company she could trust to handle it all. Working alongside her real estate broker, our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical teams gave the home a full refresh from top to bottom.

Our HVAC team installed a brand-new air conditioner and furnace. Our electricians modernized the home with updated outlets and switches, USB charging outlets, new bathroom lighting, and dimmable ceiling lights in the living room. Our plumbers replaced the water heater, inspected the sewer line with a camera, and installed new toilets.

With three trades and an outside flooring contractor involved, there were a lot of moving pieces. We handled all of the permits and inspections, planned our work around the rest of the renovation, and sent recaps of the installation to the client daily so that they always knew where things stood.

Once the project wrapped up, the client stopped by our office to meet the team in person. We introduced them to our managers, our call center, and Mongo, our office dog. It was a highlight for all of us! They have since referred a friend to Eco, whose home we took complete care of as well.
