Compare Home Service Companies in the Puget Sound

Choosing a contractor is a bigger decision than choosing equipment — so we compared the options the way we'd want them compared for us: factually, side by side, with sources and dates on every claim. Every company here is a licensed, established outfit doing real work for your neighbors.

Our methodology (and our bias, disclosed)

How these comparisons work: every company on these pages is a licensed, established Washington contractor doing real work for real homeowners — these are factual side-by-sides, not takedowns. Facts come from each company's own website and published review profiles, retrieved July 2026 and dated on the page. Where a competitor is genuinely strong, we say so. Where something isn't published, we say that too, rather than guessing. And for any significant project, our standing advice is the same regardless of who you're considering: get at least two or three written bids and compare scope line by line.

And yes — Eco wrote these pages, so read them the way you'd read any company's comparison: as one well-sourced input alongside your own research. Every competitor fact links to its public source, and where a competitor beats us on something, the page says so.

1. Shortlist

Pick two or three companies whose trades and service area actually match your project — the comparison tables make the mismatches obvious fast.

2. Verify

Check current reviews and license status yourself — figures on these pages are dated, and the WA L&I lookup verifies any contractor in seconds.

3. Get bids

Written bids with model numbers, permits, and warranty terms — then compare line by line. That habit protects you no matter who you hire.

Put Eco on your bid list

An upfront written scope and price — equipment, permits, and the rebates you qualify for, before any work begins. Compare it against anyone on this page.

Competitor information on this page comes from public sources — each company's own website and published review profiles — as of July 2026 and may have changed since; verify current details, licensing, and offers directly with each company. Company names are trademarks of their respective owners. Eco Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air is not affiliated with, and this page is not endorsed by, any company compared here. Any Washington contractor's license and bond status can be verified at the WA Department of Labor & Industries contractor lookup (secure.lni.wa.gov/verify).
