Zachary Person installed a new exhaust fan in my bathroom, alone with 2 switches. He also inspected my attic to make sure there was no condensation. Afterward, he taught me how to use my new system and thoroughly explained every aspect of its functioning. I appreciate his hard work, professionalism, and integrity. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs any type of HVAC & Electrical work done on their property. Superb 5 Star service.

We had our air conditioning unit go out during a hot spell and I called ECO services and they were able to come out the next day. The inspection indicated that there were cracks in the line, a lack of pressure indicating lost coolant and probably a failed compressor so they suggested a replacement. While normally I would get few bids before deciding on a provider they indicated they could get it installed the next day. They were out the next day but I was informed that they would need to get the city out to inspect in the next day, but I subsequently found out it couldn't be done for a week or more. I was very disappointed at this news because I had gone with ECO services because they said they would be able to get the work done that day. After I expressed my frustration and disappointment at this arrangement, their supervisor for installation reached out to the city and were able to move up the inspection from over a week to two days, and he indicated to me that they wanted to honor the agreement we'd made. I very much appreciated the intent and fix Josh put in place to rectify this matter, as well as his concern with customer satisfaction. Beyond this kerfuffle, the communications has been excellent and the staff who did the work have been professional, efficient and responsive to questions.

Jacob was very helpful with replacing our tub faucets. He offered to check the plumbing of our whole house. He was polite and clear at explaining everything. I would recommend him for other plumbing tasks!
