Great experience today with Zach. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.Eco installed an EV charger for us a couple years ago. It stopped working recently, and the manufacturer couldn't get it working remotely so they shipped us a new one. Zach swapped out the charger under warranty and installed a whole-house surge protector since a surge may have caused a short in the unit.

They did a good job. Found a problem too.

5/27/2026: discovered a leak in the house just before another trip 🙄 ECO sent Jacob out and he did an excellent job of isolating the issue. Since we were leaving the next day we couldn’t do a permanent fix so Jacob put in a temporary fix that will be finished when we return. Once again, excellent service from the team at ECO Services!12/2025: Our furnace died the Sunday before Christmas. Matt, the dispatcher , rearranged their schedule to send someone out on Monday. Vince was able to do a temporary fix so we wouldn’t freeze but my husband and I decided it was time to replace the furnace. We were leaving for the holidays so we agreed on an installation date of Dec 30. Josh, Michael, and Jorge came out promptly at 8 am and got the job completed early afternoon. They were great. Hopefully we won’t have any other major problems in the new year but I’ve got ECO as my “go to” resource. They do an excellent job, are knowledgeable, and very responsive. Couldn’t be happier with them! Highly recommended!August 2025: Recently had bathroom faucets, water heater, and flowtech installed. Levi was great! Very professional, knew his product and plumbing issues. Made recommendations but didn’t “push” anything, just gave us the data we needed to make an informed decision. Very happy with results. Our old house had a persistent water leak. Sam from ECO helped arrange an expert leak detection service to pinpoint the leak and then Sam and Brian were able to repair it fully and in a very reasonable time. Both Sam and Brian were great but working with Sam from the initial estimate to the final completion was wonderful. He was polite, friendly, confident, very capable, and most of all, went above and beyond to make himself available for questions and concerns. His communication was wonderful and that helped us feel comfortable with what for us felt like a significant repair job.
