James was super helpful! Helped us fix our light and communicated well.

We called ECO to fix a water leak in the main line. They were the only company to offer not to have to move a large landscape boulder at the leak site. They offered to dig around and under it which saved us a lot of money. Sam was the main service agent to dig and repair the leak and was extremely professional, pleasant, hardworking and constantly kept us up-to-date on progress and answered all our questions. We will ask for him again if we ever have any future plumbing needs. Thank you Sam and Eco Electric and Plumbing!

🤩 Very helpful and friendly in-office customer service staff; kept me up-to-date via text. Price seemed reasonable based on time spent and problem-type. On-site electrician knowledgeable, seasoned, explained things clearly, patient with my questions about weird late-70s wiring issues. Will ask for James again, and also try them out for next plumbing project!!

Chris the electrician was excellent - he was efficient, explained the options clearly and completed the repairs in one day.

I highly recommend Eco Electric to anyone that needs electrical work done in their house. Josh was our service tech and he went above and beyond what I expected. We had a bedroom circuit that was tripping our fuse box whenever something more powerful (vacuum, heater, etc) was plugged into any of the 5 outlets. Josh spent a full day trouble shooting the issue and cleaned up every outlet/switch in the room as well as 2 outlets and a switch in an adjoining room that was on the same circuit. He wasn’t able to fix the problem on the first day, but made sure to come back within the week to continue working on it at no extra charge. The problem ended up being more complicated than we thought (due to a previous electrician’s less than quality work during our house remodel), so we decided to get 4 of the 5 outlets usable with the heavy loads and leave the last one for a future date.Josh was super professional, polite, clean, and most of all, patient. He walked me through every step and explained his process so we could make clear decisions and stage a plan of action. We will be using Eco for all our electrical needs from here on out.

Outstanding same day service to replace my tank water heater with a tankless. Matt and Jamison did an excellent job and worked all day and till almost 10:00 p.m. to make sure we had A neat installation and hot water. I will definitely use Eco again and recommend it to my friends. Love these guys!

Very easy crew to work with. I’m doing a tenant improvement project in a commercial retail space and the team worked carefully not to disturb the customers or merchandise. They also had to coordinate with the business on a time that the equipment could be powered down and circuits could be switched. There were 5 guys working on different things moving along with the project.

Sam found a solution to finding a water faucet that we could not find to work with an Ecosphere water filter system product of NuSkin as a gift from my wife’s daughter and now we do not have to buy bottled water. The price was a little higher than I was hoping but Sam pulled through and got it to where I wanted it. He even tightened up a loose faucet that he noticed which was much appreciated. I have to have my house rewired.Nat was the person that came and did the estimate for the work. He was very polite and courteous. He check all the outlets in the house and even went into the crawlspace. Nat was knowledgeable and answered all my questions, making sure I understood what was needed to get the work done and make my home safe. The estimate that he gave me was competitve with other companies.

So far we have had a free home evaluation of our electrical system after contacting Eco Electric and Plumbing for what we thought was a relatively small problem with a few switches. Edwin came to the house exactly at the time anticipated and did a complete assessment of our home’s electrical circuitry. He was extremely thorough and carefully explained to us the reasons why our knob and tube wiring needs to be replaced and went over the details and rationale for all the other upgrades required. He was very friendly, and I felt I learned a lot from his very clear explanations. Because this turned out to be a much bigger and more expensive project than we had anticipated, we will seek multiple bids, but I was very impressed with Edwin’s thorough evaluation and explanation of his findings and description of what will be necessary to bring our electrical system up to code. Eco Electrical & Plumbing was very well represented by Edwin, and I hope we will find the cost estimate competitive with other bids so we can hire EE&P for this job.

Very quick, courteous service in an emergency followed up by thoughtful repairs. Gave a good selection of possible remediations and stuck by the estimate even after more parts became necessary.

Did a super job!

Great experience and wonderful work. Clear communication was given from estimate to installation and they followed through. I had EcoPlumbing install a dual sink vanity from a single sink vanity. Very professional, made sure to do it correctly, and everything is working perfectly. They had to come out twice and was able yo get it all installed before some family comes to town. I highly recommend EcoPlumbing.

The short of the long... my stove would trip a breaker panel every time I used the bake function. Through my own research, I had a good idea what was needed for the fix: replace the breaker.I have used bigger electrician companies in the past and was never really satisfied with the work based on how much I spent. Hence, I tried a more local company, Eco Electric.I was very pleased with my experience working with them. Josh, the electrician was great! Easy to talk with and down to earth. He came out and did a full inspection and in this activity, he uncovered a different issue in a couple of other breakers. Arcing, Google it.As a result, I needed a full breaker panel replacement. The work done was clean, professional, and within the time of completion that was stated to me at the start. As a bonus for me, I didn't feel like I was robbed in terms of the cost. I'll be back for my future projects.I highly recommend this team for your electrical needs.

The work was professionally done. People were great to deal with. The scheduler/receptionist was good to work with. The plumber (Sam) was personable, professional, and an excellent communicator. He identified other plumbing issues I was not aware of that needed attention. There was no pressure to do the additional work, but I was provided clear explanations for why they were or would become problems. With that came pricing options for what work I wanted to be done and for what length of time I wanted the work guaranteed (up to 10 years). They are not the cheapest plumbing company you will find, I was very pleased with Sam and the work that he did. I will call Eco next time I have a plumbing need.

We thought we were calling Eco for some fairly routine maintenance, but our plumber Sam did a thorough assessment and found a problem that needed addressing immediately for health and safety reasons! He explained everything clearly, provided us with a range of options for prioritizing our needs, and was able to get started the same day. He was friendly and efficient throughout and did excellent work.

Our experience with the plumbing crew from Eco, who re-piped our house, was 5-star all the way. The crew was extremely professional, competent, knowledgeable, friendly, and PATIENT with us. Re-piping a house is a big job, but the crew went out of their way to make it as easy as possible on us -- they communicated everything they were doing, kept all the job sites tidy, and just did a great job from start to finish. We can't thank our crew of Matt, Clint, and Cesar enough, and wouldn't hesitate to contact or recommend Eco for any future plumbing or electrical needs.

Edwin is a good employee. He called 30 minutes before arriving. Did everything right with respecting my items around where he was working at. Got us the quotes within 25 minutes. Gives us multiple quotes and items we talked about. Clean up his mess and put everything back. He gives us some good information on what we should do on our power. Every respectful person.

Need to evaluate costs further but will make decision within a week.My only question is where the waterline needs to terminate/ irrigation system overflow valves or in-ground on/ of valve. We've used Eco Electric and Plumbing to install a 240V heater in our garage and recently had them install a new sub-panel and electric car charger. Josh and Fred were an amazing team, they were both friendly and professional and made sure we were happy with the location of the charger before completing the installation. We thought the job would take all day but they finished it in 4 hours and it looks great and functions perfectly. And we were still able to work in our home offices because they never even had to kill the main power to the house, this was a pleasant surprise for my girlfriend and I. We will definitely continue to use Eco in the future, they are always great about communication and a pleasure to work with. Also, the communication from this company is amazing. When you call, they pick up the phone, and every time we've had work doen they confirm the day before by phone and text. The day of the appointment, the technician texts you to let you know they are on their way to your address. To me that is above and beyond and really makes a huge difference. Thanks Eco!!!
