We've used Eco Electric and Plumbing to install a 240V heater in our garage and recently had them install a new sub-panel and electric car charger. Josh and Fred were an amazing team, they were both friendly and professional and made sure we were happy with the location of the charger before completing the installation. We thought the job would take all day but they finished it in 4 hours and it looks great and functions perfectly. And we were still able to work in our home offices because they never even had to kill the main power to the house, this was a pleasant surprise for my girlfriend and I. We will definitely continue to use Eco in the future, they are always great about communication and a pleasure to work with. Also, the communication from this company is amazing. When you call, they pick up the phone, and every time we've had work doen they confirm the day before by phone and text. Sam arrived at our home for a free estimate on our claw foot tub which needed a replacement for the existing shower faucet. I selected a kit from a company on line and he put it together! Sam was highly knowledgeable, personable, honest and very hard working. He made sure I got the correct kit, by measuring the ceiling, measuring the pipes behind the tub, checked our plumbing before the work began so he could just come in and install. There were a few blips, one part was smaller than he thought and he ran out and got it. He informed us along the way as he worked. We were pleased he cleaned everything when he was finished, the tub, all parts and boxes and I asked him to take my old parts where they could reuse the brass parts. I HIGHLY recommend Sam and Eco Electric and plumbing.They were not the cheapest bid but the job was done right and we are delighted with our claw foot tub replacement.

Tall Nate has been to my house 3 times and each time was presented with the craziness that is my 48 year old out of code wiring. He met each challenge with his vast knowledge of electrical wiring. He consulted with me many times during the process and always offered me different options to best meet my needs. From a simple installation of a new outlet in my house, an outdoor outlet on my pumphouse, bringing light to my shop, and rerouting and making the wiring safe in my pumphouse he was efficient and met the challenges each presented. He assured me that all my projects were possible and that would send a technician to assess each and give us an estimate for the projects, as well as a basic safety inspection of our current system.I was shortly connected to Dana, Eco’s dispatcher, who arranged to send us a technician. She kept me informed as to when they would arrive and who was coming.Next, we met James an electrical technician, who listened to my list of projects. Then, he explained what he we do and set about doing it - starting with the safety inspection. He then drew up estimates of the various projects. He explained to my wife and I what he found in his safety inspection, his recommendations, and our options.Never did we feel pressured to do one over another. TL;DR: THEY'RE NOT CHEAP BUT IF YOU HIRE SAM FOR PLUMBING, IT'S WORTH THE COST!!!I used Eco Electric & Plumbing to replace an old water heater, as well as to replace 3 emergency shut off valves that were not functioning. The work was not cheap and came in well above ($400+) what other companies quoted. HOWEVER, in my opinion, the extra cost was money well spent because of the guy who they dispatched to do the work and the peace of mind that came with his workmanship.For this project, I had the pleasure of working with Sam, who was nothing short of outstanding for numerous reasons.1. Thorough Initial InspectionI originally called Eco to get a quote on replacing an old water heater, nothing more. Sam could have walked in, looked at the heater, created a quote, and left. However, Sam did SO much more. Upon arrival, Sam did a thorough inspection of my plumbing. He checked every valve, faucet, fitting, etc. that he had access to, both inside the house and in the crawlspace. Perhaps this is standard practice at Eco, or maybe its a sales tactic. Regardless, it was time consuming, free, and greatly appreciated.2. Sam is a Plumber..Sam is a qualified, legitimate plumber. He is not a salesperson. Not only did Sam quote the job, but he performed ALL of the work. Although he offered, Sam did NOT pressure me to buy additional products/services that were not part of the scope of the work I requested to have done. In fact, he was very transparent about the work I could do myself AND explained how to do said work in great detail. He also described the level of urgency of the issues found (most were not ideal but not urgent) and did not use scare tactics to get my business.3. Sam is Patient and KnowledgeableAs Sam is an actual plumber, he was able to answer all of my questions, and I asked a LOT of questions (sorry, Sam!). Most of my questions had absolutely nothing to do with replacing the water heater, but this did not matter. Sam shared a ton of useful information related to plumbing maintenance, warning signs, DIY fixes, and much more. He did all of this knowing my business was not guaranteed and yet still gave thorough answers to everything. It should also be noted that when Sam did not know the answer to one of my questions, he stated this and did not pretend to know more than he does.4. WorkmanshipSam was meticulous and organized with his work. His attention to detail was evident as he carefully carried out the necessary repairs. Upon completion, he spent close to 45 minutes ensuring everything was functioning perfectly before he left.Overall, working with Sam was an enjoyable and stress-free process. His positive attitude and friendly demeanor made him a pleasure to work with. I appreciated his dedication to ensuring my satisfaction and peace of mind. I will definitely request him for any of my future plumbing needs.Bonus:One question I asked was related to my water meter. The answer required the water meter cover to be lifted, which I am terrified to do because it is always crawling with spiders (harmless but also they sense fear!). Without hesitation, Sam bravely removed the cover and was completely unfazed by the numerous spiders that were there. Great job asserting your dominance in that situation, Sam 😉

Sam was TERRIFIC. House built in 1963. Came to look at outside spigot problem. Correctly diagnosed problem before he got into it. Other well -known plumbing companies did not. Looked at all plumbing fixtures in house, this is standard procedure. Gave me excellent info on some things to do to avoid problems in future. That alone was worth a lot of money. Let me know had a water filtration system. Who knew? He found a water knob behind plate on wall. Turned it on all the way and 2 other outdoor spigots had full water flow coming out instead of a trickle!! Amazing. Saved a lot of money there. Will always ask for Sam!!!!

Our prior "Eternal" on demand water heater died and that manufacturer had since gone out of business. Thankfully, we called Eco and they were quick to respond. Matt showed us a few options as we toyed with an electric unit, and we decided on Navien NPE-240A2 running on natural gas. Matt replaced our unit the next day and all is looking great and that shower felt so good!
