Of all the possible vendors, we are so grateful we chose ECO Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air to make extensive updates in our 25 year old townhouse. They installed 50+ new GFCI outlets, breaker box, new dimmable overhead lights in living room, replaced bathroom vanity lights, installed new split system HVAC, new hot water tank, new safety shut off valves and 3 taller toilets.ECO provided thorough inspections to determine which updates were most needed to bring the home to code, then offered two detailed options at different price points. Their pricing was up front from the get-go. They were more expensive than other vendors, but well worth it in the quality of their work, price transparency, excellent communication and follow through. Their attention to details such as permits, HOA approval and inspections also brought peace of mind.All ECO technicians were experienced, skilled and WA state certified. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and provided daily recaps. Each encounter with ECO employees from the office managers, to plumbers, electricians and HVAC specialists was a pleasant experience. Their employees spoke highly of the business and owner, most having worked at ECO for many years. I went to their office and met them. Terrific folks and business. Personable, kind and trustworthy sums it up.A friend we referred was equally impressed with ECO from start to finish, as were others who’ve seen their results of their work. We will gladly hire ECO again and certainly recommend them.

Good service and thorough

Eco Electric replaced the panel and wired a new circuit for my sister, who is terminally ill. Zack was the technician who did the work, and I cannot compliment him enough. He was thorough, proficient and professional. Additionally, his patience and compassion made a difficult situation much easier to bear. I would definitely recommend this company, and absolutely advise any potential clients to ask for Zack.

We had an awesome experience working with Gabor. He was incredibly meticulous in his analysis of our HVAC system, catching things others might miss. Not only is he an expert at what he does, but he’s also a fantastic communicator who made the whole process easy to understand. Five-star diagnostics visit!

I feel incredibly lucky that I found Eco Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air through a simple Google search.I'm a first-time homeowner, and within a month of moving in, I've worked with all three branches of Eco's business. With every appointment, these folks have proven that the customer experience is the most important part of what they do - and if you're reading this review, you probably know how rare that is. Eco reps have all been lovely, respectful people, and have gone above and beyond my expectations each time; obviously the work they're doing is top quality, but they've also taken care of me in ways I didn't expect - like educating me on my new house (and I have a LOT to learn). Vince the HVAC guy taught me how to clean my filters, and then cleaned my mini split and heat pump for me without charge. Samuel the plumber took the time to explain *why* my crawlspace pipes had a leak, so I would feel more comfortable replumbing the entire place - which I now understand is necessary, and therefore the cost doesn't hurt as much. He didn't want me to make piecemeal repairs that would be riskier AND cost me more in the long run. (Plus he said I'll never have to worry about a burst pipe afterwards! That's a huge relief.) I called in Zachary the electrician to clone a light switch and add an outlet, and he went to the extra effort to check and clean my circuit breaker panel for free - and explained that I didn't have a whole house surge protector, so all my fancy new appliances could be fried (and not covered by homeowner's!) if there's a power company surge. I thought everything was fine because the inspection report on the house was clean. But now I'm safer and better protected because Eco reps put the customer needs ahead of the letter of the job. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed or like they were hurrying to get to the next appointment - they all genuinely took their time to make sure I was truly taken care of. And nothing they've suggested has been frivolous! It's all directly in line with keeping me and my property safe. Stuff like that makes you feel good to support a company, even when the plumbing estimate is 15k. 😜 All that, plus they have a really nice appointment notification setup, where you get texted a photo and short bio of the person who's showing up that day, and they've all been super communicative about traffic delays and general ETAs.I managed the support department at a tech company for over a decade - I *know* what good customer service is. I'm extremely pleased with Eco Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air. I'm grateful to have them to rely on, and I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you to everyone at Eco!
