The folks at ECO were helpful, quick to respond, and accommodated my schedule. Gabor came out the same day inspected, educated me and shared his findings. It was the most thorough home appliance inspection I have ever had. He explained options for repair and replacing our old furnace. We ultimately decided to replace the furnace and he scheduled it for less than one week later. The experience was pleasant and I appreciate ECO getting the ball rolling so quickly to keep my family warm and safe.

Pricing was reasonable, and I was offered multiple options for how to proceed, with full explanations and price comparisons.While onsite, Staff (Sam H.) also called out several potential plumbing issues that were not part of the original service request, and was able to explain then and what could be done; likewise for a potential electrical problem, which Eco can also handleFinally, Sam was completely comfortable with my curious White German Shepherd Dog and was unphased by her insistence on watching him work.Will hire again.

This is the second time I have hired Eco Plumbing and the second good experience I've had with them. 'Bogie' texted me that morning exactly when he would arrive; then confirmed his ID outside my door; then put paper protectors on his shoes, and went over the steps he'd take. Senior Technician Vince was competent, thorough, careful, patient and very responsive to concerns we raised. He discovered and fixed the gap between the wall and the refrigerant pipes to keep dust from being drawn in to the house, no extra charge.Matt the dispatch person was awesome - took responsibility for internal miscommunication that led to our scheduled service day being cancelled by them and rerouted to the following week. We were pretty concerned, in fact irate about what had been scheduled well in advance by us with details communicated - and had become a somewhat complex situation with potentially serious repercussions for us. When Matt realized this, he took responsibility right away for the company error, believed us, apologized sincerely several times, and said they'd assess internally to fix the process error. Matt took it on and arranged for Senior Technician Vince to come out on Easter Sunday (Big Thanks! Vince & Matt) and get the job done just in time for the new crew arriving Monday at 8 AM. We have high praise for both Matt and Vince.On the above I'd rate them each a 10.ONE concern remains in an otherwise strong positive review.We asked repeatedly - up front - for more pricing information (specific subsets of service, a menu of options, criteria, ranges of price possibilities for the service we wanted; a deep clean of newer mini splits). The intro level tune up (includes light cleaning) price was provided. We knew we needed the deep clean (100%) however. We had scheduled for this. Repeatedly we were told there were no specific deep clean prices, we'd be given the price after arrival and inspection. But when we were shown the estimate and asked questions, it was clear that there was a menu of options (and specials which I found on the website) and criteria which were just what we had wanted - and asked for when scheduling, up front. What were the preset prices and what did those prices include depending on the condition of the mini-splits? Like going to the cleaner: some give you a menu with prices and some don't. We go to the cleaners who have a pricing menu.This one issue made us very uncomfortable, dealing with it at the end when service is done, without upfront transparency in step one- scheduling the service. Its understood that an assessment would determine the final price but - we needed much more information about pricing up front. For the experience with Matt and Vince we'd do return business. But the lack of transparent up front pricing (menu of options, ranges of possible price, criteria used to price up or stay in lower ranges..the very criteria for different price bundles it was clear were in their program, with prices) . Great overall otherwise. Do better on the up front pricing; we hope our posting will motivate!.

We contracted with Eco Electric and Plumbing to install a Moen Flo Smart Water Monitor. Levi arrived on time and gave us an estimate and was able to do the work the same day. The job was complicated, but he explained every step . He also called the city to install a new streetside water shut-off valve. Levi was very professional and skilled. I'm a repeat customer. Why go elsewhere when I have such consistently positive experiences? They've done big jobs and little for me, both plumbing and electrical. Kyle their electrician is cool - he just helped me figure out what was wrong with my doorbell, fixed the broken thing, and taught me about wiring up my new doorbell chime (I ordered the wrong one so I'll do it myself when the right one arrives.) 10/10.Edit: Once again called Eco, this time for plumbing. Replaced disposal, easy to work with, explained everything. Dylan was great 👍 10/10 consistently good.
