I feel incredibly lucky that I found Eco Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air through a simple Google search.I'm a first-time homeowner, and within a month of moving in, I've worked with all three branches of Eco's business. With every appointment, these folks have proven that the customer experience is the most important part of what they do - and if you're reading this review, you probably know how rare that is. Eco reps have all been lovely, respectful people, and have gone above and beyond my expectations each time; obviously the work they're doing is top quality, but they've also taken care of me in ways I didn't expect - like educating me on my new house (and I have a LOT to learn). Vince the HVAC guy taught me how to clean my filters, and then cleaned my mini split and heat pump for me without charge. Samuel the plumber took the time to explain *why* my crawlspace pipes had a leak, so I would feel more comfortable replumbing the entire place - which I now understand is necessary, and therefore the cost doesn't hurt as much. He didn't want me to make piecemeal repairs that would be riskier AND cost me more in the long run. (Plus he said I'll never have to worry about a burst pipe afterwards! That's a huge relief.) I called in Zachary the electrician to clone a light switch and add an outlet, and he went to the extra effort to check and clean my circuit breaker panel for free - and explained that I didn't have a whole house surge protector, so all my fancy new appliances could be fried (and not covered by homeowner's!) if there's a power company surge. I thought everything was fine because the inspection report on the house was clean. But now I'm safer and better protected because Eco reps put the customer needs ahead of the letter of the job. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed or like they were hurrying to get to the next appointment - they all genuinely took their time to make sure I was truly taken care of. And nothing they've suggested has been frivolous! It's all directly in line with keeping me and my property safe. Stuff like that makes you feel good to support a company, even when the plumbing estimate is 15k. 😜 All that, plus they have a really nice appointment notification setup, where you get texted a photo and short bio of the person who's showing up that day, and they've all been super communicative about traffic delays and general ETAs.I managed the support department at a tech company for over a decade - I *know* what good customer service is. I'm extremely pleased with Eco Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air. I'm grateful to have them to rely on, and I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you to everyone at Eco!

I had the pleasure of working with Jordan from Eco Electric who came out to diagnose an issue with our electrical breaker. He was very professional, diagnosed the issue thoroughly and provided a detailed report of different repair options, giving me the choice to pick what suited my cost needs. He was patient and happy to answer all my questions, of which I was very appreciative of.

Oct. 2025 ***First visit- Bogie (plumbing) did an amazing job with our hot water replacement. Am sure a 27 plus year old heater and its plumbing wasn't easy or a quick task but he met the challenge and went above and beyond my expectations. Can't thank him enough for the work he did today.Jan. 2026 ***Second visit- Quoting; we did a second round with eco they had both Cody (hvac) and Edwin (electrical) come out and tag team my home's system. They were both amazing and helpful and knowlegable, explaining everything as they went. They worked together and separately on our wants and needs for updating all our 1906 homes quirks from the mixture of 1960ish, and 1980' electrical (tube and knob, grounded) and replacing our aging 14 plus year old forced air furnace unit into heat and a/c.They have us booked for the work rather quickly less than a week and we will have the work both hvac and electrical done done in two days as they work side by side to complete the tasks at hand. Update to come with the install process.Feb. 2026 They did the work rather quickly and well between the two jobs, I was rather surprised at the efficiency of the crews and how if one job ends they will pile in to help their teams complete the next job. I had 8-10 guys and four vans at my residence to focus on each room/task.However given the price i paid between the two jobs and what I had asked for (getting rid of old knobs and tube) and granted I know I have an older home and I expected issues to arise. I wish it had been built in to the quote as a whole home replacement instead of the two known spaces within my home. Turns out whoever replaced the newer electric in the 80' built/split off the old knob and tube which wasn't known in the prior inspection. Thus more money/repair.Also we were quoted the there would be a 6 month interest free via the green sky loan and when first bill arrived, there was interest. This hopefully has been resolved via eco.

I needed a quick electrical repair and Eco took care of my issue faster than I ever hoped! Very courteous and thoughtful support - I'm glad I called them!
