At this time I would like to adjust my previous rating. I must acknowledge that the customer service and the electrical work done by ECO Electric were outstanding. They were efficient, knowlegable, friendly, and considerate of our home, and listened to our concerns in keeping the job within a reasonable cost, yet addressing necessary repairs that we had not considered before.Based on our experience with the electrical work done, we had them come back to do plumbing, but the estimate was much higher than we had anticipated. Again, the technician provided the same outstanding customer service--it was simply the unexpected upper-end estimate that caused us to decline their service.If you want quality work done in a timely manner, I will recommend ECO Electric and Plumbing; you won't be disappointed. Good work and good service is worth the extra cost.

Part of the home is on Knob and Tube, adding EV charger. I would like to rave about Edwin, the technician. He took his time to make sure my clients understood the process with a walkthrough video, phone calls in great details. Finding above and beyond service these days is tough. I was highly impressed with Edwin’s level of professionalism and he was very respectable. Edwin you are amazing and lots of awesomeness! Thank you for the 5 star service. Bright future ahead of you!

4/3/24 Review: The technician, Levi, provided excellent customer service during a residential safety plumbing assessment. I called regarding one issue, and he took the time to go through the entire home to assess potential plumbing needs and provided recommendations. I had a small electrical issue (circuit keeps tripping) and called Eco. The gentlemen on the phone was really friendly.I got super lucky and the electrician team came over within an hour (again, I got lucky since there was an opening on their schedule).James and Abby inspected my system thoroughly and was able to address my issues quickly. They are also both super nice to talk to.overall great experience and will definitely call them again for my future electrical problems. Highly recommend!

Eco Plumbing re-piped our entire house and installed a new hot water tank. They were exceptional to deal with from start to finish. Sam arrived at our home for a free estimate on our claw foot tub which needed a replacement for the existing shower faucet. I selected a kit from a company on line and he put it together! Sam was highly knowledgeable, personable, honest and very hard working. He made sure I got the correct kit, by measuring the ceiling, measuring the pipes behind the tub, checked our plumbing before the work began so he could just come in and install. There were a few blips, one part was smaller than he thought and he ran out and got it. He informed us along the way as he worked. We were pleased he cleaned everything when he was finished, the tub, all parts and boxes and I asked him to take my old parts where they could reuse the brass parts. I HIGHLY recommend Sam and Eco Electric and plumbing.They were not the cheapest bid but the job was done right and we are delighted with our claw foot tub replacement.

I had the pleasure of working with Nate and Nate. Both were very professional and easy to work with. Tall Nate has been to my house 3 times and each time was presented with the craziness that is my 48 year old out of code wiring. He met each challenge with his vast knowledge of electrical wiring. He consulted with me many times during the process and always offered me different options to best meet my needs. From a simple installation of a new outlet in my house, an outdoor outlet on my pumphouse, bringing light to my shop, and rerouting and making the wiring safe in my pumphouse he was efficient and met the challenges each presented. Nate #2 was instrumental in hanging all the new lighting in my shop, making many trips up and down a very high ladder. He also installed an outlet in my log home which can be a challenge. Both went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend ECO Electric and Plumbing for your electrical needs.

Although my project was a relatively small one, I was treated with the upmost respect. My overall experience with anyone I came in contact with at ECO was very positive. I can imagine how well they would handle a large project, too.Our toilet had to be removed prior to a floor replacement. Eli was very courteous and professional...Very nice person. Did it swiftly and efficiently.Next Cesar came to replace our sinks and restore the toilet back to its place. His work was outstanding! Perfectly done to the last detail. Cesar did not just execute the removal and installation of the sinks mechanically...Take 2 out, put 2 in type of thing...It was a thoughtful process, paying attention to the small details as he went along. The end result was a completely satisfactory work.He clearly takes pride in what he does.On a personal level, he was respectful, personable, and considerate of our lack of plumbing knowledge. He offered us the best options without pressure.Elizabeth in customer service was, bless her, very well suited for her job in working with people. Her patience and friendly attitude in accommodating our schedule took the stress out of the whole process.I found that the whole staff at ECO Electric and Plumbing was courteous and professional, no matter who a spoke to. They represented the company well. Definitely will be calling them in the future.

Working with Eco Electric and Plumbing has been a great experience! It began with a friendly greeting from Christian, who answered my call and listened carefully to what I wanted done. He assured me that all my projects were possible and that would send a technician to assess each and give us an estimate for the projects, as well as a basic safety inspection of our current system.I was shortly connected to Dana, Eco’s dispatcher, who arranged to send us a technician. She kept me informed as to when they would arrive and who was coming.Next, we met James an electrical technician, who listened to my list of projects. Then, he explained what he we do and set about doing it - starting with the safety inspection. He then drew up estimates of the various projects. He explained to my wife and I what he found in his safety inspection, his recommendations, and our options.Never did we feel pressured to do one over another. We decided what was most needed and what we could currently afford, and he had it completed before he left.We were delighted with our experience and recommend them highly!

TL;DR: THEY'RE NOT CHEAP BUT IF YOU HIRE SAM FOR PLUMBING, IT'S WORTH THE COST!!!I used Eco Electric & Plumbing to replace an old water heater, as well as to replace 3 emergency shut off valves that were not functioning. The work was not cheap and came in well above ($400+) what other companies quoted. HOWEVER, in my opinion, the extra cost was money well spent because of the guy who they dispatched to do the work and the peace of mind that came with his workmanship.For this project, I had the pleasure of working with Sam, who was nothing short of outstanding for numerous reasons.1. Thorough Initial InspectionI originally called Eco to get a quote on replacing an old water heater, nothing more. Sam could have walked in, looked at the heater, created a quote, and left. However, Sam did SO much more. Upon arrival, Sam did a thorough inspection of my plumbing. He checked every valve, faucet, fitting, etc. that he had access to, both inside the house and in the crawlspace. Perhaps this is standard practice at Eco, or maybe its a sales tactic. Regardless, it was time consuming, free, and greatly appreciated.2. Sam is a Plumber..Sam is a qualified, legitimate plumber. He is not a salesperson. Not only did Sam quote the job, but he performed ALL of the work. Although he offered, Sam did NOT pressure me to buy additional products/services that were not part of the scope of the work I requested to have done. In fact, he was very transparent about the work I could do myself AND explained how to do said work in great detail. He also described the level of urgency of the issues found (most were not ideal but not urgent) and did not use scare tactics to get my business.3. Sam is Patient and KnowledgeableAs Sam is an actual plumber, he was able to answer all of my questions, and I asked a LOT of questions (sorry, Sam!). Most of my questions had absolutely nothing to do with replacing the water heater, but this did not matter. Sam shared a ton of useful information related to plumbing maintenance, warning signs, DIY fixes, and much more. He did all of this knowing my business was not guaranteed and yet still gave thorough answers to everything. It should also be noted that when Sam did not know the answer to one of my questions, he stated this and did not pretend to know more than he does.4. WorkmanshipSam was meticulous and organized with his work. His attention to detail was evident as he carefully carried out the necessary repairs. Upon completion, he spent close to 45 minutes ensuring everything was functioning perfectly before he left.Overall, working with Sam was an enjoyable and stress-free process. His positive attitude and friendly demeanor made him a pleasure to work with. I appreciated his dedication to ensuring my satisfaction and peace of mind. I will definitely request him for any of my future plumbing needs.Bonus:One question I asked was related to my water meter. The answer required the water meter cover to be lifted, which I am terrified to do because it is always crawling with spiders (harmless but also they sense fear!). Without hesitation, Sam bravely removed the cover and was completely unfazed by the numerous spiders that were there. Great job asserting your dominance in that situation, Sam ;)

Sam was TERRIFIC. House built in 1963. Came to look at outside spigot problem. Correctly diagnosed problem before he got into it. Other well -known plumbing companies did not. Looked at all plumbing fixtures in house, this is standard procedure. Gave me excellent info on some things to do to avoid problems in future. That alone was worth a lot of money. Let me know had a water filtration system. Who knew? He found a water knob behind plate on wall. Turned it on all the way and 2 other outdoor spigots had full water flow coming out instead of a trickle!! Amazing. Saved a lot of money there. Will always ask for Sam!!!!

I message them today as a 1st time user and their response was immediate.(pretty much un-heard of these days). I then got a call from Elizabeth who wanted to schedule my service and after a few questions put me into their system for a technician to come out, she also said she would let me know if they could be out sooner. Less than a n hour later she called back and said Eli could come by today if I wanted make the change....you bet I did. Eli sent me a TEX and said he would be over in 20 minutes and he was right on time. Eli was a delightful young man and went right to work analyzing and then repairing my kitchen sink issue. I could not be happier after finally dealing with a company that really does care about the job they do. I will defiantly be using them again if needed.
