The electrician, Brandon from Eco Electric and Plumbing was great at addressing the electrical issues (when he came to inspect what was going on in my home) and correcting the mistakes that had been made by another electric company that I hired prior to finding Eco Electric and Plumbing online. Brandon was very professional, kind and knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me and my family during this difficult time that we were having with that this other electric company who left us without a working furnace/heater, power outlets and a ruined electrical panel. Brandon was easy to work with and was able to quickly repair everything in a timely manner and started working on our unusual project immediately after the initial inspection was done. I appreciate how he explained the process each step of the way and when the project was completed, he cleaned up everything and made it look better than how it was before. Brandon worked long hours to ensure that the job was done correctly and fixed the electrical issues we were having in such short notice. He is a valuable asset to your company and deserves an employee of the month award or some kind of recognition for all that he does for customers like me and my family.

My hot water and heating system seems to be a bit complicated. I'm very glad to have chosen Eco to have everything fixed. Matt, Ceser, Jevon, and Arron was a very trustworthy, professional, and friendly team that I'd definitely want to choose again for future works.The team was super responsive and patient throughout the process. They were able to arrange off hour ad hoc inspections the same day of my ask; willing to stay late until the issue was fixed or clear next step action items were figured out. You can feel that they really cared about the customer experience, and took our urgency as their priority.

I am so grateful to have found Eco Electric and Plumbing. James did the electrical work for our induction cooktop. He was amazing—- professional, detail-oriented, thorough. I would recommend him to anyone—- he more than exceeded my expectations.Cesar also did plumbing and gas work at the same time. Also courteous and professional and did great work.The price was less than the other bid I got for this. Plus both Cesar and James fixed other problems that weren’t related to the primary job. My house is in a much better place for having hired them. So grateful!

Sam helped us out with replacing some old steel pipes that were starting to leak. He came out on short notice, gave us several options with clear pricing, and finished the work all in the same day! I'm very happy with the results, as well as with electric work that I hired Eco for in the past, and will definitely use them again in the future

We woke up to water in our garage because our water heater had a leak. Eco Electric & Plumbing was one of the three companies we called to get estimates. They were professional, prompt, friendly, informative and offered the the best rate and warranty of the three. By dinner time we had a new water heater installed. Eco upgraded my panel, added grounding rods and new plugs as well as a few other things needing attention. They explained everything I asked about, which was great (thank you). However, I had to continue to follow up with them to have a few things finished correctly and within the agreed scope. I was also accidentally charged 50% to start, then again the full amount. I caught the mistake and contacted them for a refund. A little heart attack ensued, given that I have very limited funds to do many other repairs on my house. However, everyone that worked on the house was great, courteous and I'll likely use them for other repairs in the future.

We had a great experience with Sam and Levi! Sam was very helpful when he initially came out for our free estimate, giving us tiered options depending on the work that was completed. He also recommended certain brands when we were looking at replacing our toilet. He and Levi installed a water heater expansion tank, replaced our vanity and toilet, and installed a new kitchen sink and two faucets. Sam was very careful when cutting around the vanity shelves to make room for our pipes. He even went out and bought a basket for our sink because the sink we purchased didn’t come with one. Sam worked late to get everything done in one day. We were very impressed with his work ethic, professionalism, promptness, and the quality of his work. We wouldn’t hesitate to have Sam back again for any future plumbing projects.

I had an issue with smoke detectors chirping. I have 6 smoke detectors and 2 carbon monoxide units on 2 floors that all had recently been checked and batteries replaced. I found Eco Electric doing a web search for "smoke detector" servicing and posted on their web site that I needed help. My post only said that the issue was random (meaning that the chirping was random), not that it was constant and kept me from sleeping. My post was acknowledged with a routine reply. When I made it clear that it was urgent, they immediately called me back offering 3 different time slots.Nate called when he was on his way and arrived exactly at the scheduled time. First, he checked my circuit boxes for issues. After inspecting my devices, he found that most were in good shape, but the 2 CO detectors had issues. He seemed very knowledgeable about current electrical code standards, and then proposed 3 solutions with photos and pricing. I went with him replacing 2 hallway smoke detectors with combination CO and smoke detection, Nate was professional and polite.I plan to use this company for any future electric or plumbing needs.

Jameson came out to do some plumbing work on our new house. He was professional, explained everything that needed to be done and at what urgency, and was transparent about the cost and the timeline. He took time to answer my questions and teach me more about the plumbing in our house. This company as a whole has been great to work with. We were able to quickly schedule the consultation and then within 48 hours the work was started and completed. Their flat-rate fee came in handy when some minor additional work had to be done on the job. Would highly recommend.
